Service and Messaging Terms

These terms apply to the AY Real Estate Solutions website, property and rental inquiries, phone support, and text message communications. By using these services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

General information

Website and phone information is provided for general property service purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, brokerage, or emergency services advice. Property purchase, rental, application, reservation, and maintenance decisions require review of the applicable written agreement and current facts.

No guaranteed transaction or availability

Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase agreement, lease, reservation, approval, or guarantee of availability. Any binding terms must appear in a separate written agreement accepted by the appropriate parties.

AY property service text messages

When you give express consent through an AY form or during a call, AY may send service related text messages about your inquiry, application link, rental, reservation, maintenance request, requested callback, or safety follow up. Messages are conversational and operational, not recurring promotional broadcasts.

• Message frequency varies, generally no more than five messages per service request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel text messages.
• Reply HELP for help, email info@ayrealestatesolutions.com, or call (601) 488-9334.
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing, selling, renting, or applying for a property.
• Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Caller consent and recordings

If a call may be recorded, AY provides notice at the start of the call. Continuing after the notice indicates consent where permitted by law. If you do not want a recorded call, end the call and contact AY by email.

Emergency situations

For fire, smoke, gas odor, carbon monoxide, violence, medical danger, or another immediate threat, leave the unsafe area and call 911 or the appropriate utility emergency line first. AY property support does not replace emergency responders.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive, or harmful information. Do not attempt to access another person's reservation, lease, account, private property information, or entry credentials.

Third party services

AY may provide links to third party services such as rental application or booking platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. AY does not control their availability or security.

Changes and termination

AY may update or discontinue a website or communications feature. Updated terms become effective when posted with a new effective date. You may terminate SMS participation at any time by replying STOP.
